BIGGEST WEEK IN AMERICAN BIRDING
2022 REFUND POLICY

CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 UPDATE

At present, we are planning to hold the Biggest Week, as planned. As this is clearly a dynamic situation, we will continue monitoring federal and regional warnings and make decisions based on the most recent information. We will make a final decision no later than March 7, 2022, to allow registrants to adjust travel plans. We will communicate openly and transparently with registrants and the public through the Biggest Week website, via email messages, and on social media.

Human health and safety is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring this situation and should the festival take place, we will, as always, do everything in our power to ensure the safety of all of our speakers, attendees, volunteers, and staff.

Sincerely,
Black Swamp Bird Observatory Board and Staff

Prior to April 11, 2022: You may cancel individual activities from your registration with no penalty, and the cost of those activities will be refunded.

On or after April 11, 2022: Cancellations received on or after April 11, 2022 will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. Memberships and donations will not be refunded.

The Biggest Week in American Birding reserves the right to cancel a field trip, program or activity for any reason. If this becomes necessary, we will notify you with a refund request form.

Please note: All trips (excluding the Point Pelee trips to Canada) are rain or shine. If the Point Pelee trips are canceled due to Lake Erie weather conditions, refunds will follow the policies of the Jet Express.
