REFUND POLICY
You may cancel an activity or your entire reservation at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, the following refund policies apply:
Prior to Saturday, May 3, 2025: You may cancel individual activities from your registration with no penalty, and the cost of those activities will be refunded.
On or after Saturday, May 3, 2025: Cancellations received on or after Saturday, May 3, 2025 will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. Memberships and donations will not be refunded.
The Biggest Week in American Birding reserves the right to cancel a field trip, program or activity for any reason. If this becomes necessary, we will notify you with a refund request form.
