Tour Company Partner Application - Due 1/15/26

The Biggest Week in American Birding is very grateful for the support of our  tour company partners. The expertise and enthusiasm you bring to this festival makes an enormous difference for our participants, and we do our best to make this a mutually beneficial partnership for you and for Black Swamp Bird Observatory.

Below you will find a link to a new online Tour Company Partner application. In order for your application to be considered, it must be completed by January 15, 2026 for your travel talk to be included in registration. You will receive a second link to sign the tour company agreement, provide us with your logo, and give us more information regarding the team you will be bringing.

Please take a moment to review the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for our Tour Company Partnership at the button below. This document outlines the expectations for both the tour company and the Black Swamp Bird Observatory/Biggest Week In American Birding team.

If your application is approved, we will send you the MOA for your signature. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tyler Ficker at [email protected].
