Tour Company Partner MOA

    You have been approved to be a Tour Company Partner for the 2025 Biggest Week In American Birding! The next step is to provide us with the list of all guides you know will be in attendance (at this point), a high-resolution (preferably vector or transparent background .png) logo, and the signed MOA. We look forward to having you be a part of our festival, and we thank you for all you bring to this event!​ 

    Please note that we have a waiting list of additional tour companies that would like to be a part of the festival. This form MUST be submitted by December 31, 2024 to give us sufficient time to promote your company and ensure your travel talks are in our system so registrants can sign up for them. 
    Remember: Tour Company Partners are expected to provide six person-days of guiding as a company per the MOA.
