Birder's Marketplace Vendors and Exhibitors Information
BIRDER'S MARKETPLACE 2018
The Birder’s Marketplace is located in the lobby of Maumee Bay Lodge, headquarters for the festival. The space is open and sprawling, not like a large room or conference hall where vendor areas are frequently situated. Free food and refreshments are provided for participants in the Birder’s Marketplace every evening of the festival so traffic is excellent, with an average of 300 - 500 people passing through each evening. Vendor space consists of one 8’ table, two chairs, and a table drape.
Please click the button below and fill out the application form. Because space is limited and demand for booth space is so high, we cannot guarantee that every applicant will be accepted. As our festival is 10 days long, we offer three options for vendors. You will need to select one of the following:
OPTION #1: Friday, May 4 through Tuesday, May 8 - $100 OPTION #2: Wednesday, May 9 through Saturday, May 12 - $100 OPTION #3: Table throughout the entire festival, Friday, May 4 - Saturday, May 12 - $200
Set-up times: For options #1 and #3: Thursday, May 3 from 3-7 pm or Friday, May 4 from 9 am to noon For option #2: Wednesday, May 9 from 8 am to noon
Tear-down times: For option #1: Tuesday, May 8 after 7 pm (you must be finished by the end of Tuesday evening) For options #2 and #3: Saturday, May 12, after 8:00 PM, or Sunday before Noon.
Please note: - Deadline for submitting application is March 1 - Approved vendors will be notified on or before March 10 - Space is limited, not all applications will be approved. - No special security will be available and any valuables will need to be secured by each vendor. - Vendor fees are non-refundable.
