BIRDS TO EXPECT

BIRDS SEEN IN 2011 (PDF)
BIRDS SEEN IN 2010 (PDF)

Each bird has a number denoting more or less the likelihood of your seeing the bird on a 4-5 day visit to the area, and birding both alone and with one of the guides on day trips, warbler walks and shorebird walks. Please note that abundance refers to the 7th to 16th of May, and that these may change markedly before and after that date.

1. You will be almost certain to see these birds if birding for any
    length of time.
2. You will likely see this many times and get good looks
3. You will probably see a few of these
4. You should see 2 or 3 individuals if looking for them
5. With luck maybe one, worth reporting to guides

6. Rare – call someone fast

The symbol * denotes birds you really have to spend time searching for and will not be found during normal birding trips.
